but jogging is the best way to lose fat

if you are healthy and have no underlying condition then the best way to loose fat is by eating healthy and exercise
here are some tips...
drink luke warm water thirce daily after breakfast lunch and dinner..
eat curd thrice daily it help to burn fat easily..
drink lots of water ,juices salads and vegetables..
avoid oily spicy n fried foods,fast food ,sweets and chocolates
to reduce fat mainly around stomach area cardio and stomach exercises like bench press will be of great help..

The most effective method that has been proven by research to reduce fat around your stomach is a low fat diet- no oily foods/ ghee, butter or milk swets less of nonveg and a 30-40 minute cardio workout atleasr 5 days pr week The cardio workout means you have to do running/ jogging prefreably
