im 15 years old and concerned about my weight and amount of

there is a LOT of fat in this area and im wondering if this is unhelthy for my age, im about 170cm tall and 75 kg can this lead to problems in the future and how do i get rid of this large amount of weight
Thank you for posting the question. With your height , ideal body weight would be around 60-65 Kg. I can understand your concern. You need to modify your diet . Take a balanced diet having cereals,proteins , loads of vegetables . Take 3-4 fruits a day . Drink plenty of water. Keep away from fried food , ice cream and soft drinks. Apart from diet , since you are so young you can definitely do some physical exercise. About the belly fat, I can tell you something , fat in this portion and chest accumulates last , so it will go away last also. Do not lose patience . WIth the diet and physical exercise , you will certainly be able to get rid of this weight. You can post any other question.
