For the past few years I have had a slow hair loss problem. The more hair I lose the more noticeable it is that my head is very small. I compare my head to other peoples and mine is always smaller and it just doesn t look normal. My hair was INCREDIBALLY thick before so I never really knew the actual size of my head until I had the hair loss. My question is ....What is considered TOO small of a head size for an adult? I feel like my head is the same size as a small child. How do I measure my head properly in order to see if it is normal for an adult?
You can measure the head circumference using a tape. For an adult it will be around 50-55 cm. You can try minoxidil lotion after consulting a dermatologist. Stress and anxiety can predispose hair fall and you should avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
