How To Reduce High Heart Rate And Fluctuating Blood Pressure After Gaining Weight?

hi in my teenage years i have always been a healthy kid. Blood pressure always normal and heart rate varies within 75 - 80.These days i go to uni and basically study at the library the whole day. I eat a lot to put up with the stress and i basically just watch tv or sit in front of computer after study. I have gained probably 50 kgs (i weigh 125 kg now) in three years and now my heart rate is at a constant 110 - 120 (honestly i check my pulse every hour at work when i just sit down and it's always around that). Does gaining weight causes this? How can i lower it. Also my blood pressure spikes very often. i exercise a bit now but jogging for 5 minutes make me extremely tired for the day.

I understand your concern . Coming to the question generally as per your routine your heart rate should not be high .and off course obesity causes tiredness ,hypertension and all problems what not. Ya I know that exercising with 125kg is bit tougher job .but loosing wait is most important to get more healthier .so motivate yourself and exercise.initially you may get tired feeling but soon you will feel better .gradually increase your time of workout start with 10 to 15 min of lite tradmil or jogging and after a week increase 5 mins .in that way you should reach 45 mins of workout in 3 months .I guarantee you will feel better .hope you had a answer

Hello self diagnosing friend!
all you need is lose weight , modify diet and lifestyle and take it easy. you have nothing to worry about, anxiety is not solved by over eating and watching TV.
