How To Reduce Pain Between Hip And Leg While Having Arthritis?

I am having pain where my hip and leg join. I have had it looked at by an orthopedic Dr. Xrays show some arthritis, but nothing else. Yet when I cross my leg and then try to increase it, it hurts so bad in there I want to cry out. That is uncross it. H
