How To Reduce Painful White Spots Underneath Tongue?
Hi a couple of days ago underneath my tongue I had a pain when I looked at it it was like a red string like spot now it has turned white and is very painful mainly in the mornings but the pain reduces as the day goes on, the pain does not completely go away
You have aphthous on the ventral part of tongue. These are related to stress, deficiencies and at most times., they cannot be correlated to any condition.
The best thing is rinse with warm salt water thrice daily(provided you are not hypertensive).Use mild mouthwash in other case. Maintain good oral hygiene. you can apply a lignocaine and metronidazole based gel for relief. You can apply this before food and rinse it off.
Avoid spicy foods and citrus fruits
