How To Reduce Severe Lower Back Paint & Lightheadedness After Falling Off From The Stairs?

I am a14 years old girl, and for the past month i have had unusual back pain in the middle/upper back and i was told it was due to growing. Just last week i fell down the stairs and had gotten a really big bruise on the lower part of my back. And now my back pain is worse, i ve been getting lightheaded if i sit up or stand up for more than 30 minutes, and when i lay down there is no position where the pain will stop, also at night i ve been getting muscle jerks in my back as well, what will help?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The severe pain that you are having is likely to be due to a soft tissue injury. You can take a mild pain killer and do adequate rest for an early recovery.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
