Hi. I am Sant Lal & I am staying in New Delhi , India.

I am an Encologic Spondylitis patient since last 40 years. I have consulted a lot of Orthopaedic Doctors in past so many years but they could not cure me. There is a stiffness in my spinal cord which results in a lot of pain. To sustain myself & to relieve my pain, I have been doing regular exercises as prescribed by my Physiotherapist. I have suffered a lot of pain in my life but have not got any solution to my disease. I am 69 now, apart from having this stiffness in my spine, there are so many other problems which have now started surfacing. There are problems in my eyes & with my sleep. I have lost vision & when I consulted eye surgeon, as per his opinion there is no problems with retina. I am not able to sleep even after taking a sleeping pill.

I would like to know, who is the best specialist whom I should consult. Should I consult a Orthopaedic, Rheumatologist, or a Neurologist.
