hi I m 29 years old male. I want to reduce my belly fat and simultaneously increase my muscle. I have started jogging and doing push ups everyday. I also take 2spoons protinex and drink 2 litre water everyday. kindly suggest me what kind of diet and exercise I should do. thanks
