How To Reduce The Breast Size In Male?

Hello! I had a question about my nipples. I have always been completely self conscious of them, as they are puffy and inverted. When I m cold, they appear normal. Many people tell me it looks fine, but I m more concerned about my confidence than what other people think. What can I do to reduce them? I have tried researching for surgeries but nothing seems to match what I need. Also, I am 18. So could it have to do with a hormonal imbalance? Could they go away this late in my development? So many questions, sorry! Thank you.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM,

You are 18 yrs old so in your case for increase nipple size it might be due to hormonal imbalance. It can be due to testosterone decrease or estrogen level increased. If it is due to hormonal imbalance then it might be spontaneously recovered within 6 to 8 months and if not recovered then u should contact endocrinologist for further investigation.
