Hi. I understand that you are upset because of the size of your nose and I wish I could recommend a solution which is not surgery. Unfortunately, Surgery is the only way to reduce the size of your nose.

Poking needles in your nose will cause disfigurement and can precipitate infections which can be both dangerous to your life and lead to worsening of the shape and size of the nose due to healing by fibrosis.

A rhinoplasty surgery in the hands of an experienced Plastic surgeon or ENT surgeon can change the shape of your nose to the way you like it and that too without any unwanted scars or signs of a surgery. They may be expensive and your insurance may not cover the procedure but it is the only way to address your problem.

The other way on a philosophical note is to accept the way you are and enjoy your life with what you have. It is definitely a more affordable route with permanent benefits.

As a side note, there is a condition known as body dysmorphic syndrome, which is a problem with relation to abnormal neurotransmitters in the brain. This condition can make you think that a particular part of your body is out of shape or a misfit to your body or exaggerate the disproportionation if there is a body part that is slightly out of shape. Correcting the neurotransmitter levels in your brains such as increasing Serotonin will help you feel normal once again. These medications can be prescribed by a psychiatrist. Do consult one if you want to rule this out.
