How To Reduce The Sleeping Time?

Hi sir, this is Gökhan from Turkey. Actually, i have no problem of my slepping. But i want to reduce my sleepping time. Because, i am very busy these, so i can t finish my business during a day. Generally i sleep a day for 6 hour. But, i want to reduce this time as 4 hours. So for that what can i do. What could you suggest me about it. Thank You very much. Hi Gökhan. Thanks for writing to HCM. As a doctor I shall ask you to reconsider the idea of decreasing sleep hours because for a normal human system its mandatory a minimum of 6hours sleep. Essential 6 hours of sleep will keep you energetic and fresh . the brain needs time to process all that has been dne for that day during sleep.so give your brain that mnimum amount of time and space to consolidate the data of that day.
My suggestion is you do have a very appropriate sleep now and do continue with that .lack of sleep leads to restlessness stres related conditions like hypertension and other cardiac conditions. Good luck
