How To Reduce The Swelling Of The Body And Get Down On BP After Stopping To Take Meth?
I have used meth off n on for twenty yrs. I am 21 days clean today. I had to move out of my home town to do so. anyways I am gaining a lot of weight. it drives me insane. I want to stay clean and I m happy rite now but if I keep gaining weight ....I know ill use. my blood pressure is off the chain. 189/121. I got me some lasiks because I m swollen. I been walking three miles a day and watching what I eat. help me
It is great that you have decided to quit using meth and have abstained from it for the past 21 days. After the use of meth for the past 20 years there may be some physical consequences you have to deal with first. BP of 189/121 needs to be dealt with at the earliest by visiting a physician or internist. Blood pressure has to be kept well within the normal range as a priority. The cause for this swelling has to be investigated and treated appropriately. It is not advisable to take drugs like lasix without a doctors supervision. Once this is done, you may address the issue of weight gain. Brisk walking or regular exercises will be helpful which can be initiated slowly and increased gradually.
Abstinence will take some patience from your part but will be worth the effort.
