How To Reduce Weight After Delivery?

Hy my name is ain i want to ask that i wann loose mu extra weight cause of pregnancy i have c section delivery my weight is 86 now after 4 months of delivery my heigh is 5.4" Ki dly suggest me can i take ayurslim of hamaliya or which kind of exercise i do

Dear Ain,
This is a period for you to rest ,nourish yourself and nourish your baby (by breastfeeding).Trying to lose weight by cutting down on calories is a complete no no.Also you have undergone a major surgery so heavy exercises are not advisable.Breastfeed yourv child for around 1 to 2 yrs which is good for both of you.This can also help you keep your weight in control as your body will try to accumulate maximum nutrients from your body in the breast milk.Do not take any medications without the advice of your Doctor even if they are herbal as medications as they can enter your child's system through your milk.The Best way of keeping your weight in control would be going for a brisk walk in evening/morning.Also do not over exercise as you need rest and good amount of sleep as well in this period.Once your child turns 1 yr you can start a good diet-exercise regime.Till then enjoy motherhood and time with your child
