pregnancy as well as after pregancy).
second thing life style modification is better than weight reducing medication.
life style modification for reducing weights;
brisk walking for 30-40 minutes for 5 days in a week.
small frequent meals as per your calories requirement.( seek dietitian help )
before involving in tummy reducing exercise better you do core muscle strengthening exercise.( seek physiotherapist help)
drink plenty of liquids.
sound sleep is must.
always count your steps and stay active.
before starting exercise program please consult your family physician.
