How To Reduce Weight Gain Caused After Taking Celestamine?

I was perscribed to have a 5 month repeat of Celestamine, after 2 months i noticed extreme weight gain only to find out it should not be taken for more than 5 days. is there anything i can take to counteract the effects? i am on a good diet and go to gym but nothing seems to be working.

You may keep on doing gym and negative caloric intake in diet be maintained.
