How To Reduce Weight While Having Thyroid?

Hi Doctor,
I am 29yrs old and i have been diagnosed Underactive thyroid gland and my weight is 97 kg and my TSH level was 10.5 i doctor ask me to take THYRONORME 75MG.But its been a month and i am not able to loose weight i am doing exercise and dieting on regular basis.I am very upset about my weight what shall i do to loose atleast 1kg in a month.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism and it leads to weight gain. Your TSH is also high. Once your hypothyroidism is cured your weight will reduced automatically. Thyronorm effect will take time. So don't worry about that. Continue your medication and repeat TSH after a month. If it still remain high then set the dosage accordingly.
