How To Regain Energy Levels After Idiosyncratic Reaction To Sulfasalazine?

In December, I had what has been determined to be a severe idiosyncratic reaction to sulfaslazine. It has been explained to me that the long term prognosis is excellent, however it could take up to 18 months to approach my previous level of well being. The receivery at times is very difficult in terms of my energy levels, and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to extend my energy levels sooner than is otherwise happening.

@ Avoid stress / anger.
@ Manage your work hours along with rest and recreational timings.
@ Avoid excess fasting / exposure to excess heat.
@ Multivitamins & multiminerals do have some role to some extent along
with Ayurvedic Amla & Ashwagandha are helpful.
