How To Regain Height?
Dear Sir,
How are you. i am shahid I am shahid ahmad with you from Pakistan. As a professional i am chemical engineer. Actually 4 yr earlier I was used the steroid medicine for gaining the weight. On that time I was get the weight plus height. But due to regular use of steroid me height is shrink nearly 2 inches. Now I am to much worry about my height sir please tell me how I can regain my height. Is any medicine for overcome this problem then please tell me via mail my mail address is ( YYYY@YYYY ) I shall be thanks full to you for this kindness.

Mr. Shahid , you didn't mention your age .
As you mentioned that your height decreases due to the regular use of steroid , so please mention in detail ,which type f steroid , you used and doses and duration .
The reason of decrease in the height may be due to decrease in bone density , so get in bone density examination as well blood examination for calcium , Vitamin D3 and phosphorus .
Growth hormone is available for increase for height , so either consult an ENDOCRINOLOGIST or another option is bone grafting ( surgery for enhancement for height).
For surgery ,consult an orthopedic doctor .
