How To Regrow Hair?

Doctor can i know the reason why my hair are falling continously as i am leaving in dehradun for 3 months . I was leaving in saharanpur and i had never faced this problem over there. My hair falling has been started for last 2 months and now i am left literally with half of my hair it has not happened with me from my childhood. I have never faced this problem of hair falling my have a very light but they were never falling so i just want to know the reason and i want to know the solution so that my hair falling can be stopped and i can recover my hair i am not saying that i want new hair but i am saying that i want to recover my hair i want to gain my hair again. Doctor kindly tell me the best way to recover my hair. water of rainwater harwesting is not suitable for me.

hi,
there r many reasons for hair loss...genetics,stress,pollution,hormonal changes,personal care,water change etc.der r 3 cycles of hair...1.growing cycle,2.resting cycle,3.falling cycle.
do not worry with the help of medicines n proper diet we wil try to restore ur hair back..
medicines-1.biotin 10mg,multivitamin like hairbless or xtraglo, mintop 2% to b applied daily on scalp crown area for 3-4 months..

start having diet rich of protiens like egg chicken fish,dry fruits,3-4lts water,green leafy veggies...avoid junk

start yoga or meditation.
