Hello,

Your hormonal tests are normal. You have missed your periods since over a year. Your ultrasound shows few follicles in the right ovary, endometrium is 6mm. Normally a woman is considered to have adequate ovarian reserve if the antral follicle count is 6-10. If the count is less than 6 the ovarian reserve could be considered to be low.

To increase ovarian follicle count you should maintain a healthy body weight, exercise regularly, do not smoke, stay away from addictions if any. Avoid taking processed food. Take home-made healthy food. Avoid stress and anxiety. Get clinically examined and evaluated by a gynecologist. Get required blood tests and investigations done. Get an egg check-up / test for ovulation done.

Infertility tests and treatment should be done for both partners if you are planning a baby. Fertility medications are needed to produce more mature follicles. Birth control pills help in regularizing periods. Take iron tonics or food rich in iron. Avoid taking acidic food, cut on coffee, take iron rich food and food high in protein. Uterine massage may help to get periods. Take uterine tonic.

Get evaluated for any underlying medical condition that may be causing amenorrhea. Get treated for thyroid disorders, pituitary tumors, increased prolactin level, PCOS, etc. Surgery may be recommended to remove ovarian cysts, scar tissue, or uterine adhesions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
