How To Relieve Constipation With Abdominal Pain After Having Whisky?

Ok so this last Friday I drank a half a bottle of whisky and a four the next day I needed to poop but really had to push its now tues and all day Monday I have this pain in my lower abomen and it hurts to walk,sit or move and standing I'm a little freaked out by this. Please help.

Hello,
I would suggest to take polyethylene Glycol with water This should help you to pass stools. Consult your doctor for a prescription and aslo ge an examination done to check for bowel obstruction
