Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms and i understand your concerns.

-presence of blood in your urine
-pain/burning sensation while urinating
-urinating frequently

These symptoms correlate with an urinary tract infection. As you have describe, you have already taken antibiotics for the UTI.
Your body needs time to heal, and cloted blood means that the blood in your urine has stayed for long time there and had enough time to coagulate.

You need to do other tests tho, since your symptoms are persisting.
-urine culture to see if there is still an infection and the wright antibiotics that can treat it
-ultrasound of your urinary tract to see if there is a stone in your bladder, kidney or in other parts of your urinary tract, also to check the prostate (if you are a male) . An infection of the prostate needs more time with antibiotics than a normal UTI

Since you don't have helth insurance it will be hard to do these tests, but whenever you can, I suggest you do these tests. Meanwhile here are some advice to help your urinary tract heal itself:
-have plenty of liquids, 2-3 liters each day
-cranberry juice, orange juice,or other fresh fruit juice
-urinate always just after having sex
-don't hold your urine for long
-for the pain/burning sensation use ibuprofen
-chamomile tea or rose tea,1 or 2 cup of tea

If you have any other question feel free to contact me.
