How To Relieve Puffiness Around Eyes With History Of Congestion?

extensive puffiness around both eyes. I have had allergy problems in the past. runny nose, sneezing congestion. took a clariton yesterday, seemed like it was improving, but woke up at 3:00 and the puffiness was much worse. AQlittle trouble seeing. Adfvise. Thank You.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having puffiness around the eyes associated with the symptoms of running nose, sneezing.
These symptoms indicate allergic condition and hence taking clariton an anti allergic drug will help you. Along with this you can do cold compression for symptomatic relief.
Hence I advice you to continue clariton and if it is not responding it requires evaluation to rule out severe allergy which may require steroids.
