How To Relieve The Pain Of Bulging Disc In The Lower Back Without A Surgery?
I have been diagnosed with a bulging disc in my lower back. I have tried just about everything to relieve the pain except surgery. My surgeon has recommended surgery but I am not sure I want to go that route. What can happen to my disc if I decide not have surgery? Will be leg pain and numbness in my left toe go away with time?
