ive had a Q-tip end suck in my ear for a few days now he ewar linic wont be open for a few days still it is causing no pain but is here any suggestions to getting it out i tried o tweaser it out but it onl pushed it farther and i can barely see it now please help thank ou

please go to an ENT physician and get it removed under vision. Simple OPD procedure required. If you try it , most probably it will be pushed deeper.
