Hello , I have.a Jack russel terrier that likes sleeping next to my face by my ear and 1 of his little dagger like hair went in my ear cannal and didn t know and when I put a Q-Tip to clean my ear I think I jabbed the hair in my ear drum, pulling the hair out would be safe and no damage to ear drum would be ?

you should get the ear cleaned up by an Ent specialist. poking with q tip can injure the drum..so avoid this.
