How To Remove A Piece Of Plastic Stuck In The Throat?
Over two years ago, I accidentally swallowed a piece of plastic wrap on a candy cane. It has been lodged in my throat since then and migrates around in my throat. Sometimes it REALLY bothers me and other times I think it FINALLY went down. But then it is back again. Any advice?

How do you know if that piece is still stuck in the throat? is it the feeling/discomfort that makes you believe that? Have you ever seen it in the mirror? Has any doctor ever investigated? In either way this needs to be thoroughly examined by ENT specialist. They will examine your entire throat including any hidden areas or throat and larynx to see if that foreign body is there and to take it out at the same time.
Sometimes it is an ulcer in the throat that is caused by a foreign body and it gives a feeling some something stuck in the throat. While you prepare yourself for a further investigation try using Tab Claritin once a day, perform warm saline gargles twice a day, Steam inhalation with Vicks twice a day and Sinex nasal spray twice a day for 7 days. If symptoms persists, then please visit your local ENT doctor for further assessment and management.
