Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have symptoms of excessive wax build up in the ear which is due to sinus discharge which seems to lea ear infection and accumulation of thick fluid behind ear drum. You should get it removed as it will lead to dizziness and impaired hearing. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and an otoscopic examination can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly. For infection in ear antibiotics oral as well as ear drops. you should put wax dissolving ear drops in ear and don't plug it with the help of cotton. Avoid use of q tip. Visit specialist and doctor may place tubes in ear to release the pressure and drainage .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
