How To Remove Facial Hair?
Hi. I have coarse chin hairs that seem to have hooks as my esthitician says. I moisturizer every morning and every night and it s always dry, with a lot of the hairs ingrown. My face is not dry. I exfoliate sometimes and use a facial brush sometimes but nothing seems to work. Can you help?
