How To Remove Plaque From The Tongue?

Hello was wondering if there is a way to remove or dissolve Plaque from the tongue In a gentle way . I seem to have severe plaque, I scraped it very hard in the past to remove it, and it also seems like there are small bumps that want to bleed when I scrape. Are there any natural remedies for this? Thanks for for any info in advance

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The plaque you are describing can be a hyperplastic papillae or leukoplakia or frictional keratosis or lichen planus.. Nothing to be panic, you can maintain the tongue hygiene by doing tongue brushing. The lump you are describing is normal circumvallate papillae. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, it can be treated accordingly.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
