How To Remove Pronounced Bump On Right Hand Index Finger?
I have a pronounced bump on my right hand index finger, left side. I used to bite my nails/skin around my nails growing up. It seems like it is scar tissue built up over time. It has always been an area that my nail has grown weird and is slightly turned inward. Could I have this surgically removed or will it just come back? And what type of doctor would I go to see about this? Thank you.
It may be callosity caused by bite repeatedly. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Keratolytic oint may be applied on the lesions.
Hope this helps.
