How To Remove Scar Tissues After A Spinal Decompression?
Can you please tell me how scar tissues can be minimised or prevented after a spinal decompression surgery? Patient is advised to keep mobile as much as possible. Reading articles online about scar tissues highlight that scar tissues develop as part of the healing process and also from any swelling or inflamation. Small exercises can cause inflamation or swelling also and that pain can emerge from the scar tissues after 12 weeks. Can any steps be taken to minimise or prevent scar tissues during the recovery process? It is now 3 weeks after the surgery. Thanks. Regards, PN
