Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The fat in the belly and butt comes first and leave at the end.
Any how you can have relief by hard work, and intelligent dieting.
You can have weight control, by avoiding the calories, fats, fries, ice cream, and oily foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Practice yoga, walking, and do any work in front of you, irrespective of the type of work.
Minimize the sleeping time, and practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid sleeping in the day time.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
