As per your complain if you do not have any symptoms like pain, breathlessness or difficulty in breathing then there is a possibility that the piece of chicken bone has passed through the throat and moved down to stomach but as it was big and hard it has injured the throat mucosa and the mucosa of food pipe that led to inflammation and hurting of chest.. Feeling of lump can be due to swelling caused due to inflammation in throat.. And in case if it has passed down you need not to worry about it, but you should get it confirmed still by getting evaluated by an Otolaryngologist as in case if it is stuck in throat it can pass into respiratory passage and can become fatal as well as it will act as a source of infection. So getting evaluated and getting it removed in case if it is struck in throat is a must.. If it has already passed do warm saline gargles and take naproxen or Ibuprofen as it will soothe the throat as well as relieve inflammation and discomfort will subside. Hope this information helps..
