Understanding your concern. As per your query you have black dots on forehead caused by pimples which is leading to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It could be due to stress, hormonal imbalance, dehydration as well. I would suggest you to wash your face with plain water three times a day. You should drink plenty of water. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper diagnosis is made out. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel or microdermabrassion. Avoid stress. Take supplements rich in vitamin B12. Apply Clindamycin gel on it. You should not prick or touch pimples , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's. You should apply vitamin C serum at night.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
