I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from generalized pigmentation on face and the first thing that I would suggest you is not to use any steroid based ointment or cream over your face as although it may show immediate good results but long term results are harmful.. You can start using Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams.. Apply Vitamin E oil at night.. Exfoliate your face with a mild scrub twice a week.. Apply a sunscreen lotion whenever you go out into sun.. Take Vitamin C supplements.. You can also go for photofacial, chemical peeling, microdermabrasion or dermal rollers..
Hope this information helps..
