Hi,

Thre are certain biochemical to be used under dermatological supervision.

I suggest my patients to use a Kojic acid cream or glycolic acid cream or licorice extract or arbutine creams.

These are to be used at night time in guidance of dermatologist.

Other than that applying sunscreen daily half an hour before you are going out and reapplication in 3-4 hours if you are continuously in sun for long hours is quite helpful.

Most importantly have a good diet with fruits and vitamins.
In between you can use good concealers which can mask the acute effect of pigmentation.
All the best.
I find this answer helpful
