How To Repair A Bleeding Crack On My Nostril?

I have a crack in my right nostril that will not heal. I have tried everything creams, liquid skin, vaseline and nothing works. I, a couple years ago had a really lower cbc (5.1) and had to have 4 pints of blood and 2 bags of iron. The crack is getting to where it is bleeding on and off and the tip of my nose is so red.
