take vitamin tablets.and if you frequently undergo sex,there will be discharge problem and you become weak.when you get mood you go for intercourse.it will give you pleasure

white discharge may be either bacterial or fungal.if bacterial a course of antibiotic will clear it .if fungal flucanazole tablet oraly for you and spouse and candid vaginal tablet(candid v6)for per vaginal insertion.so consult a good gyne for a local examination
