I had a tubal done at the time of my C-section 10 weeks a go dr used filshie clips but did not tell me until my postpartum check up I am constant pain he did not ask me or even tell me I had a choice in choosing a method have been bleeding now off and on for two weeks also

However pain can occur due to involution of uterus as cramps.
