Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
Androgenetic alopecia Or male pattern baldness is fairly common in males. The tendency to it is inherited. In Androgenetic Alopecia, there is thinning from the frontal and vertex part of the scalp associated with gradually receding anterior hair line. This is also associated with widening and deepening at the angles of the anterior hair line. Only Minoxidil and Finasteride are approved remedies for androgenetic alopecia. The goal of treatment is to arrest or slow down further progression and reverse early hair loss. Therefore it is imperative to begin specific treatment as early as possible to halt and to some extent reverse the progression. These are prescription drugs, therefore, I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
