Hello,
I am almost 18 years old and I masterubate about 5 times a day. My bones and knees hurt me, my eyes also irritates me and my breath is very short and tired of coughing. However, when I stop for a day or two, I become good. How can I avoid that please?

Hello,

You are addicted to masturbation and you want to quit the habit as it is making you ill. Presently, you are experiencing pain in your bones and knees, eye irritation and coughing. You should give rest to your eyes, make sure you are getting adequate sleep. Stay well hydrated. You can take Acetaminophen, one stat to get relief from pain and hurt. Take food rich in proteins and minerals. Stop feeling guilty, relax and be kind to yourself. It is not easy to be able to stop masturbating overnight. Letting go of your habit will take a little time.

Avoid staying alone, make new friends and mingle well in the society. Loneliness increases the temptation to masturbate. Try to keep busy, boredom triggers the mind to sexual thoughts and provides the time and energy to masturbate. Stop watching pornography, remove all things that tempt you to masturbate. You are encouraged to block websites on your computer that allow you to access pornographic content.

Avoid situations such as hot showers or staying up late so you will not be tempted. Always wear decent clothes that keep you fully clad. Get rid of all pornographic material and all sex toys, vibrators, etc. Stay busy, do quality work, entertain healthy habits and hobbies. Sing songs, analyze your skills and use it. Do gardening, cooking, reading good books, writing is excellent habit. Clean your room / house, give it a new look so that you are not reminded of your previous addiction. Switch to a healthy lifestyle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
