How To Stop Prolonged Bleeding?

During my Last period, I suffered from heavy bleeding, A friend of mine gave me Ponstan capsule to help. My periods finished and stopped for a day, But since then I have been lightly bleeding everyday. Before that I had my periods regularly without any problems. Please help me to stop this problem.
