How To Stop Spotting When On Nuvaring?
Hi i've been on the nuva ring for 2 years now and for the first time i left it in a week to long. i usually leave it in for 4 weeks and just put a new one in this time i left it in for 5 weeks. now ive been spotting for an entire week and i wanted to know if theres a quick fix to this.
