How To Stop Taking Whisky Diluted With Sprite, Fried Chicken, Smoking?
Hi, I drink 180 + 180 ml of whisky diluted with sprite and water and also eat atleast fried chicken of 200 gms and smoke 5 cigarrets daily. How can i stop this and what harm does this do to my body. I have been a social drinker for the past 11 years but I am jobless now hence for the past 1 years the above mentioned is my menu daily. Please advice.
This habit is harming your liver gradually and also must have caused some weight gain. You also might have noticed some digestion problems recently. This also increases your risk of developing heart disease later in life. In my opinion, you should tackle alcohol and smoking one at a time. First try to quit alcohol and then smoking. If you stop abruptly, this should be done under medical supervision. Otherwise, you can try to gradually cut down the amount you are taking daily, before ultimately stopping. This will prevent any major withdrawal symptoms. Taking up a job so that you remain busy will also help.
Best wishes.
