How To Take Calvepen 666mg?

hey, i was prescribed calvepen 666mg for tonsilitis and it says i have to take it at least 1hour before food. does it mean i take a tablet and after an hour i eat or do i have food and then after an hour i have the tablet. sorry i have a fever and im quite confused about this.... thanks
