How To Terminate Unwanted Pregnancy?

Hi I am 3 months pregnant and yesterday I took four tablets of cytotec and I had no effect. No bleeding just minor cramping and vomiting but no bleeding. Is my baby still ok ? Will it have birth effects ? Or can I still possible have a abortion if so how many tablets should I take ?

Understand your concern
My first advice is that do not use cytotec tablet without guidance of gynecologist as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding and failure of abortion. It should be used under medical surveillance.

Dose of misoprostol for terminate unwanted pregnancy:
800 ug should be put in the vagina one by one by the gynecologist. If no induce bleeding or sign of abortion another two extra dose every 8 hour interval should be given under supervision.

Wait for bleeding to occur for next 72 hour.
If no abortion process will start and in this case you can not continue the pregnancy. Because it cause defect in the fetus like skull defect, heart defect and developmental malformation.
You should be removed it by either extra dose of misoprostol or D & C.

Understand your concern
Never take cytotec without the guidance of gynecologist as a self medication because it causes serious health issue like excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion.
It should be taken after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
As you already taken 800 ug misoprostol but no induced bleeding, you can take now additional two dose of 800 ug at interval of 8 hour under the supervision. Sometime bleeding may be delayed by 3-4 days.
Post abortion USG should be done to confirm complete process of abortion

If abortion fails by misoprostol, you can not continue the pregnancy as it cause developmental defect in the baby. You should abort by the evacuation/ D & C IN CASE OF FAILURE TO ABORT By misoprostol.
