I had a medical abortion two weeks ago, then after 3 days of severe pain and bleeding I felt a lump come out of me. But the bleeding didn't stop so I decided to do a urine test and it came out positive now my stomach is bloated and I am feeling really scared. Could I have had an incomplete abortion?

Hi, Thanks for asking. Pregnancy test remains +ve till 8-10 days of abortion but continuation of bleeding after expulsion of fetal parts indicates possibility of incomplete abortion. It can be confirmed either my mannual examination by a gynecologist or usg pelvis. Thanks
