How To Treat Cymbalta-30 Withdrawal Mediated Dizziness And Fatigue?

Unintentionally, I discontinued my cymbalta 30mg after taking probably 6-7 years. Since I was ok after a wk, I decided to not to take again. I ve been off now for 2 wks, I am having withdrawals, nausea, electric shocks in head, dizziness, fatigue and headache (on & off). Any idea how long this will continue?

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Any anti depressant is gradually withdrawal and stopped. There is no point in abruptly stopping it.
I suppose your doctor should keep you first on 20 mg of Cymbalata for a few weeks followed by 10 mg for a few weeks and then stopped.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
